PRIVACY POLICY

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When you shop at an online store, ours or someone else's, you provide information about yourself. Where you live, your email address, and what you buy. Some of our customers wonder what we do with this information, so here we describe a little more formally how we work with information.

We value your personal privacy and strive to protect your personal information in the best possible way. This policy describes why we collect information about you and how the information is handled, how you can control your own information, and how you can contact us.

We are the data controller in accordance with these terms and conditions and are responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

The foundation of everything we do is to treat our customers as we ourselves would like to be treated, always. This also applies when it comes to information.

SUMMARY OF OUR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know your name and addresses for billing and delivery purposes.

If you want to order against invoice, our credit partner must have your personal identification number. Only then can you have your goods sent to your home against invoice.

When paying by card, you are required to provide your credit card number, but this is not stored. The card number is sent via a secure server and our credit partner handles card payments through us.

Then, of course, we need to know which products you are ordering, and we need your email address and possibly also your phone number so that we can contact you with delivery notifications, changes to your order, etc.

Here is a more detailed description.

WHAT SYSTEMS DO YOUR DATA END UP IN?

When you shop with us or through our partners, your order goes through several steps so that we can process and ship your goods to you.

We use a database that contains our products, our text pages, and everything else (including this page) that you see in the web shop. When you place an order with us, it is saved in this system.

We have access to this information. The system stores the information for us but does not process it in any way without our permission and request. An example of this would be if an order has not gone through for some reason or has been duplicated. In that case, we can investigate the order and troubleshoot.

The order contains information about which products you have purchased from/through us, how you paid (but no information about credit cards, social security numbers, or similar), and the address to which we should send the goods.

It is from this system that you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and when we have shipped your order.

PAYMENT SOLUTION

When you reach the checkout, you must pay for your goods. Depending on the payment method, an external payment provider will receive information about your purchase. We may use various providers such as Swich, Credit Card, etc.

Klarna has a system where the contents of the order are visible before an order is confirmed, which means that all information about the order, including order lines, is sent there.

For Swish, it is the information that you enter yourself that is saved.

If you have questions about how your information is processed, you must contact the payment intermediary and, for Swish, your bank.

YOUR CUSTOMER EMAILS

We use Binero for our customer service email. When you email us, the email is stored on these servers located in Stockholm. We store all correspondence so that we can quickly respond if similar issues arise, which is common.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?
