Örebro Hockey Ungdom runs activities for children and young people up to the age of 20. The club was founded on 25 April 1972, at that time under the name Örebro Ishockeyskola.

Örebro Hockey Youth aims to provide a programme that trains and encourages each player based on their own ambitions. High standards and a strong commitment shall be offered throughout childhood and adolescence.

At Örebro Hockey Ungdom, we aim to foster a love of ice hockey, where we can all develop together in a safe environment.

Today, talented ice hockey players from all over Sweden are flocking to the ice hockey sixth-form college in Örebro. Living, studying and training away from home is no easy feat. It means that most of the pupils have to fend for themselves for the first time. It takes determination, ambition and self-discipline if you want to achieve good results in both your studies and ice hockey. The time spent at the school helps students develop as individuals, both mentally and socially.
