School training sessions usually follow a fixed schedule, but the content, intensity and, at times, even the number of sessions can be adjusted to suit the match schedule, recovery needs and the time of year. In addition to school training sessions, there are the team’s regular training sessions and matches, which means that the total amount of training varies throughout the season.
