About Uppsala University
- Applications are submitted via antagning.se during the spring, usually between March 15 and April 15. Late spring enrollment is possible via late registration. 
- Eligibility: Basic + specific eligibility (e.g., mathematics, subject-specific courses) is required. More information is available in the education catalog. 
- Selection: based on high school grades, college entrance exams, and possibly special tests; at least 1/3 of the places are allocated through each selection group. 
- Notifications are sent via antagning.se:
- For the fall semester, the first admission notifications will be sent out around July 10, with the second round and late registration following shortly thereafter. 
2. Advanced level (master's program)
- Applications are made via universityadmissions.se. The international application period opens in mid-October and closes in mid-January. 
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (180 credits).
- English language proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90 (varies depending on the program). 
- Program-specific requirements may include a CV, cover letter, letters of recommendation, or GMAT scores. 
- 
3. After notification & reserve admission
- You must accept the place or reserve place offered via the application system.
- Reserve lists are managed on an ongoing basis if regular places become available – many people decline, which increases your chances of getting in.
